How do I return an item?
Making sure that each and every one of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases is one of our top goals here at Host The Toast. As such, if you are not 100% Satisfied with a product that you purchased from us we will make it is easy to return it, without hassle! Simply fill out our return form, available here, and include it with the product you would like to return.
All items must be returned within 30 days of when you received your original shipment.
Please contact us before returning any defective or damaged merchandise, this way we can remedy the problem more quickly.
Please be sure to package your return in a corrugated outer shipping carton (just like the one we shipped to you!) and use a trackable and insured service (UPS, Priority Mail, or FedEx for example). This way you can track your package and be sure to avoid any other issues.
We cannot except returns of food items.
We do not refund or reimburse shipping charges.
If our shipment to you is refused or returned to us due to an address error, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.
All Alessi items must be returned in Unused, Brand New, and Resellable condition.
Please check all orders that you are planning to reship. We cannot be responsible for any reshipped orders.
