Shipping Times: Our goal is to get our products to you as quickly, efficiently, and safely as possible. All our products are labeled with shipping times, usually 1-2 business days or 3-5 business days. The timing will depend on where that particular product is warehoused. We ship from New Jersey, so in general once an order leaves our warehouse it will take 1-2 business days to reach the Northeast, 2-3 business days to the Southeast, 3-4 business days to the Midwest, and 4-5 business days to the Western portion of the country. Of course, shipping times may vary.
We primarily use UPS to ship our orders, so we will need a valid physical address to ship to (Sorry, UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes). Some orders will ship USPS Priority Mail, so please be sure that your shipping address can receive mail from the US Postal Service. We determine the shipping carrier when your order is placed, based on factors such as item value, weight, and delivery location.
